These balls are incredibly good and quick.
Start by heating water and soaking the walnuts and dates separately. Put all other ingredients in a food processor and mix lightly. Add the dates and vanilla drops. If you find this is not soft enough, add, for example, one tablespoon of almond milk. There's no need to puree for a long time. Make 20 balls and place them in the refrigerator. Next time, I'll definitely try adding coconut oil.
