For several years, Ásdís has been making changes in her life. Transitioning to a healthier lifestyle and simplifying it.

Axel Valur is a passionate cook and has been completely in charge of cooking at home. A few months ago, Ásdís started eating clean food (if it grows, swims or runs, it's clean) and little by little Axel has been training his mother in the kitchen.

The purpose of the web is therefore twofold.
