Dísa's Summer Salad

Really lovely and fresh salad. I think it's best to use this as a base for chicken or beef, but of course you can skip all the meat and use it as a side dish for any meal.

All placed in the same order as specified in the ingredient list, I find it nice to have a few peach slices on top for more color.
