Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 15 min
This is a complete sweet and very quick to whip up
1. Combine everything except cranberries and cashews in a food processor and blend until a smooth dough is formed. It's fine to add the water a little later.
2. Cut cranberries into pieces (each berry into 4 pieces) and coarsely chop the cashews.
3. When the dough is ready, place it in a bowl and mix in the cranberries and cashews.
4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Make 20 balls. I use a teaspoon and don't make them too big.
6. Roll in shredded coconut and store in the refrigerator.
