This is probably the simplest and best snack I have made. 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add coconut oil. Pour the popcorn into it and place either in a dish or muffin molds (better if it’s for kids’ snacks) and sprinkle a little sea salt on top. Place in the refrigerator.
