Chocolate Pudding with Eggs

This is incredibly surprising and if we think about it, eggs are in most chocolate cakes, right? This can be used in all sorts of ways. Breakfast and even add an extra egg, dessert and then share with a friend or simply save half a serving for breakfast.

Cook the eggs, I prefer to scramble them in a pan and chill them. Put everything in the blender and puree until silky smooth. It's best not to place the eggs next to the blade.. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite toppings. It’s also neat to add things like hemp seeds, chia seeds, and such if you want more protein and fiber.
