I'm tired of buying inconsistent protein powders and decided to try making my own.

Everything grinded in a coffee grinder. Grind each type separately as they take different amounts of time, it only takes about 5-10 seconds to grind, and be careful not to grind too much as it can turn into butter. Store in the refrigerator and according to Google, it doesn’t keep for too long, but the shelf life hasn’t been fully tested yet. I simply use this in everything. Add to smoothies, yogurt, in recipes, over roasted vegetables. All you need is a bit of imagination.
