I'm tired of buying mediocre protein powder and decided to try making my own. Plus, I had some Almond Powered powder that fit perfectly into this.
Everything ground in a coffee grinder. Each type is ground individually as they take different amounts of time, it takes only about 5-10 seconds to grind and make sure not to grind too much as it can become butter. The almond powder is added and everything is stirred well together. Store in the fridge and according to Google, this doesn't keep for too long, but I still think it's safe to make this double as I finished it in 4 days. I simply use this in everything. Add to smoothies, yogurt, recipes, over roasted vegetables. All you need is a little imagination.
