Lamb Tenderloins with Broccolini and Carrots
Serves 4 people.
Preparation time: 15 min / Cooking time: 20 min
Axel and I are in the mood to test new recipes. The first recipe is incredibly tasty yet so simple and quick.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C
- Clean the broccolini and place in an ovenproof dish, toss with oil and seasoning, cook for 15 min
- Carrots are cut into thin strips, placed in an ovenproof dish, and tossed with oil and seasoning, cooked for 15 min
- Season the lamb tenderloins and fry in a pan
- Serve with arugula salad, berries, and mustard sauce
