Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 10 min
This one is quite quick and great for using leftovers in a salad the next day.
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Season the meat on both sides. It's fine to do this while they are in the packet and turn them over.
3. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Sometimes the slices are unusually thick and then require additional frying.
It's very good to put pesto over the lamb.
Served with salad: My favorite is salad, Macadamia nuts from Now, and blueberries. Sometimes I add passion fruit or pomegranate seeds on top. It's good to drizzle good olive oil over the salad.
