This is a delightful surprise. Very quick and just the right amount of soft and sweet. I plan to try several additional versions.
Chocolate melted in the microwave. Chickpeas, almond butter, agave, and melted chocolate are placed in a blender and mixed until the dough is smooth and shiny. Form into 25 balls and then coat in the chocolate shell and refrigerate.

Next time, I tried skipping the chocolate coating and found it turned out very well. Received a request to try adding a bit of rum to the version, which will be done next time.
