Sometimes a woman just needs ice cream, and then it's good to have a little in the freezer. This one is quick and doesn't require an ice cream machine, just some manual effort to whip it up.
Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and stir in the vanilla drops and honey. Chop the banana finely and add along with the halved macadamia nuts and chocolate chips. Mix well together. Divide into 4 pieces (or smaller, according to taste). Freeze for at least 4 hours. Melt the chocolate in a microwave and stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Coat with chocolate and sprinkle a little sea salt over it and freeze for about 1-2 hours.
It's easy to make this dish vegan by swapping Greek yogurt for something like coconut yogurt and then honey is not needed.
