This is such incredibly good sweets. I often use this as a dessert at lunch. It's very filling and really only needs a small piece as it is very high in calories.
1. All nuts and dates are placed in a food processor and blended until it becomes smooth yet moist. If you blend for too long, the dough will become dry, but you can remedy that with a little agave syrup.
2. Place in a mold and into the fridge while the chocolate is melted.
3. The chocolate is melted in the microwave for about 1 minute and poured over the nut dough.
4. Decorate the chocolate as desired. I find it nice to coarsely chop dried goji berries for more color.
5. Place in the refrigerator and sneak a bite as needed.
