This is one of my favorite salads. I'm quick to make it and I manage to get my protein dose by adding beef or chicken. Perfect after a long workday as the salad is so light on the stomach.
Place the ingredients in a bowl in the order they are listed. If you use meat with the salad, I find it most appealing to arrange the kale, apples, cucumber, meat, blueberries, beans, and walnuts in such a way that the colors are visible.
