This one is fresh and light. I find it great to add in cauliflower and beets where I get extra fiber and thicken the dish. It's very good to top with blueberries and strawberries. It's essential to have the banana frozen. I also recommend gradually increasing the amount of cauliflower and beets.
All ingredients are placed in a blender and mixed until the pudding is glossy and appetizing.
