These are absolute sweets yet mostly sugar-free. This is a recipe in development so next time I will probably halve it if it’s just for home use, as I got a bit too many pieces from this and will also halve the Agave syrup as I found it too sweet. You can try all sorts of combinations with this.
Pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds
For the kids, just blueberries and regular chocolate
1. Stir all the chocolate ingredients together well in a bowl
2. Mix hazelnuts, coconut flour, and chopped cashews together
3. Gently mix in the blueberries
4. Place in small muffin molds but fill them generously
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
