Berry Bomb - Vegan

I am a big fan of breakfast bowls and try to ensure they have a lot of protein since it can be challenging to eat enough of it. This one is Vegan and the key is to decorate it with colors. Although, it is not so thick that you couldn't also drink it as a shake.

Combine everything in a blender and blend until it becomes thick and glossy.

Decorate as desired, I used coconut flakes, blueberries, and strawberries. I find it clever to cut the strawberries into small pieces so that it looks like there are more of them. I always add a few cocoa nibs on top for my chocolate craving.

If you want to reduce the fat, it's no problem to take out the seeds.
