This is really high in calories, but I have always been trying to find something with good calories to eat on long Saturdays when I do longer workouts and, therefore, need to eat more. I plan to experiment more with this recipe as I want to try substituting the agave with dates and hemp seeds.
Everything is placed in a blender and blended until it becomes silky smooth. Garnish as desired, e.g., with fresh berries and cacao nibs.
