Pistachio Salmon with Mango Salsa

Serves 4 people.

This is one of my favorite recipes and I cook it often. The mango salsa goes extremely well with pistachio salmon but beetroot salad is also a great match

Preheat the oven to 180 °C

Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish, it is good to have already greased the dish with oil. Season with salt, pepper, fish seasoning, and smoked paprika, then sprinkle chopped pistachios over it. Bake for 14-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. You can verify doneness by piercing the fish with a toothpick.
