I always have oven-baked vegetables for salad. This is a recipe I use a lot and make a large batch to use throughout the week.
The oven is preheated to 180°C
The vegetables are cut into suitable sizes and placed in an ovenproof dish. Pour oil over the vegetables and season to taste. I used salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes.
