Almond Nutella

This is absolutely brilliant. It's actually the same recipe as almond butter with 70% chocolate and a bit of salt added. I decided to try adding Vegan milk chocolate if people find this too strong. Then it's 160g of 70% chocolate and 60g of Vegan milk chocolate, I tried Vegan Smooth from Lindt. Also added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I got myself a new food processor, Magimix and the time to make almond butter went from 30-45 minutes to 10 minutes.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Spread the almonds over a baking sheet.

3. Bake for 10 minutes. It is important to stir the nuts at least twice so that they bake evenly.

4. Let the almonds cool on the baking sheet.

5. Put them in a food processor and mix until the mixture becomes a thick dough. Then add the chocolate and salt. Continue to blend until it becomes like butter. It takes a short time after the chocolate has been added.

No idea how long this will keep, I'm always quite quick to finish the jar.
