Chicken Stir Fry

Serves Fyrir 4 people.

I got Axel to help me prepare this. I try to cook larger recipes at once to have several meals ready both when I have long training sessions and don't feel like cooking or at lunchtime if I am short on time. This one is quite quick, and I found it very nice to add a bit of cashew butter and chopped cashews on top. It might also be good to use bamboo and/or corn in this dish.

1. Chicken tenders are cut into pieces and cooked in a pan. Cooking time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Season to taste.

  1. All the vegetables are cut into suitable pieces and cooked in a larger pan. The cooking time here is approximately 10 minutes. Season to taste.
  2. Everything is combined in the larger pan and allowed to simmer for a short while. For more flavor, add Mirin, Sesame oil, and Tamari, for example.
