This is a great base for all sorts of things. I often use chickpeas in my recipes and then the chickpea liquid or Aquafaba is left over which can be used in various recipes, such as meringue. I swear this tastes like a twister and you can just add anything that comes to mind.
The frozen strawberries are placed in a blender until they become very small soft bits. Then, Aquafaba is added until this becomes smooth and fluffy. Place in a bowl and use. I set it aside but it can definitely be eaten on its own.
