Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 30 min
I decided to try this the other day. It completely beats regular snacks and it's also great to sprinkle over omelets and salads. I made a simple recipe but next time I will make at least a double batch. I used salt, pepper, and paprika this time, but I imagine it could also be good with onion powder and rosemary; I'll try that next time.
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Place the beans in a bowl along with oil and spices. Mix well and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30 minutes; it's good to set a timer at 15 minutes to stir them so they bake more evenly.
4. Store in a jar and hide from other household members if you want to keep it for more than one evening.
MACROS:
From one can, which is about 120 grams, I got 103 grams. I decided not to count the oil since the amount people use varies greatly.
