Blueberry Chia Porridge

This is quick and great when you need something refreshing. I have often used it as breakfast but also as a snack when I need extra calories on long workout days, and then I add almond butter and nuts.

Stir everything well together except for the berries and nuts. Then add the frozen berries and walnuts. I find it great to mix it all together so it becomes like a flavored ice cream.
